still keeping up with my exercise, doubled the cardio from 20 to 40 minutes, and alternating weight-training either upper or lower body for another 20-30 minutes.
Hoping to boost metabolism and burn more fat / calories.
I am semi - back on weight watchers. Just keeping track of what and how much I eat with my old points tracking stuff.
Didn't follow so closely last week-end when we had a lot going on, but I have been following about 80% of the time.

It's been almost a year --- yikes! I was on such a roll then. than we had one bout of illness in my family after another and it threw me completely of track. While I didn't gain everything back, I am still disappointed in myself. I did not diet, I did not exercise, I ignored all of it and to be honest I am pleasantly surprised that I didn't gain back more.
Well, since about a month or so now I have been going to the gym. We got a family membership and I feel better about myself for going. I am some what watching what I eat, but not dieting.
We'll see how this goes for a while.
