On a Tuesday the 19th of February my trainer started me on a macro meal plan 180 grams of carbs/150 protein/and 50 grams of fat
First week felt awful-weak-fatigued
Now in my second week not as fatigued but takes me longer to recover from work out
Inbody said 167#,24% body fat that was February 21
Next inbody this week on March 7
I know I lost weight hope it’s body fat
