I feel lonely, I` too fat to have friends.
Hi, there's no other way to say this. Are you projecting a negative vibe due to your own insecurities? There are some shallow people who will not befriend you because of your weight but there are also nice kind people out there.
Check your attitide first, are you as engaging as you can be? People always say they got friends after losing weight but I think its also because they became funnier, more personable, looked after themselves more and projected great energy.
I have fat friends as well and I am careful of their influence especially if they don't watch what they eat or exercise but I love them fat or thin, as long as they are great to be around.
Lift your spirits, fix your hair, nails, give yourself a
facial
etc and that may make you feel better. Buy a great pair of sunglasses or lipstick. Thats always a good start. Much love.
