A new food has changed my life, and that food is Fage's 0% Non Fat Greek Yogurt. How is something that is fat free so creamy and rich?? Yesterday I replaced half and half in a recipe with it and it was perfect. Today, I had it on top of cereal with honey on top and it was a rich, decadent breakfast I was feeling guilty for until I snapped back to reality. This stuff is fat free and 120 calories for 8 oz. I suggest anyone who stumbles across this post buy it and then eat it!
