waduhh, 2 minggu aku biarin ni mulut nguyah semaunya dan alhasil naiklah BB ku 1 kilo. Mulai hari ini aku challenge diri aku untuk seminggu STOP Cemilan snack, coklat, gorengan, tepung2an, dan kopi instant. Itu aja dulu yah pemirsa :D
