Hey all! Im a 20 year old wife just striving to become healthier! Ive done bootcamps and other trend diets that have done nothing for me at all. I am a newlywed and want to go and do alot of things, and I dont want my weight or my physical fitness level to hinder me. I currently weigh 193 lbs and my goal is to lose 15lbs in 15 weeks. So by May 4th, my goal is to be 175 lbs! I calorie counted before and it worked, and Ive kept off 9 lbs. So thats what Im going to do again. Ive found my RDI, made my eating journal, and am ready to go! Heres to a new year, a new life, and a new me! I need all the encouragement I can get! Im glad I found this site filled with so many people trying to change for the good!
