hit another rough patch. my back went out again, this time my left leg went with it. couldn't cook so we ordered out a lot. (my father insisted, my fiance and I protested but he said no. he would take care of dinner) it's been a rough few months mentally. I have a councillor now and am working through some things. my fiance and I have had a lot of big arguments and I'm pretty sure we're so disconnected that we need to find a way back to each other again. so for an emotional eater that's not exactly easy. I'm hoping the councilling will help. but I've still lost. I did gain back up to about 315 and I'm back down to this now. I haven't really been updating anything I should be.

i dont know how i lost weight, weve been eating a bu ch of junk and ive fallen back into drinking pepsi again. kinda worried its diabetes or something comi g on? but at the same time weve been so busy weve only been eating dinner...so thats probably why lol.

feeling pretty good lately. keeping busy with taking in reptiles, apparently that's our thing now. we have 9 snakes, 3 hamsters and 3 dogs. plus the start of my garden. definitely keeps me busy enough not to munch. I'm really enjoying the work though, makes me rethink what I want out of life. maybe I'll have a farm in the future..trying to eat better still. trying to kick a couple more habits. but the new routine is helping.

been trying to watch what I eat since I can't do a whole lot for exercise. Still waiting to hear from my surgeon about my back, from what I hear he's a bit of a tough love kinda dr so if you do what your told he won't tolerate it. so I need to drop the weight before I see him so he can see that I am trying to make it better and doing what I can. It's just hard when everything hurts. With the lock down I can't do the pool or anything. I can only walk for about a half hour before it gives me grief. so I'll just keep doing what I'm doing I guess. monitor my eating as best I can. lots of water...I've figured out that my stomach won't tolerate pop anymore so that's done (it's a good thing lol) but I miss the fizz. Been drinking flavoured fizzy water and it solves the craving
