....9 more days and I go back to the doctor and weigh in!!!
I have not weighed my self all month...I hope all this counting calories was worth it all month!!!

Bad news for me...
I'm too old for this crap...I need a stable job...sometimes I just want to sit and eat a whole container of ice cream....jobs are so hard to find out there.

My first day
wow!! Doesn't steroids bulk you up cause you to gain weight? Every time the doctor gave me a prescription with steroids I would gain a few pounds. It is very hard to keep count of my calories...also, since I am by myself I tend to go out to eat a lot and split the portion and eat the rest for dinner. Right now I promised myself that I would not weigh myself until I go back to the doctor at the end of the month...so hard to do...I am one that weighs my self every day.

My first day
I was good for about 9 days without a coke...then I went to a baby shower and all they had was coke..so I had about 6oz...promised myself I would go back and drink ice tea...I am not a coffee drinker. I still don't understand why my doctor says that caffeine slows your weight loss down and for me to try decaf.
