Craving sweet foods
To prevent binges on sweets I like to make a large glass of tea with non fat milk and some honey, and usually that's enough sugar. Also it takes a long time to finish, so by the time the glass is empty, the craving is gone.

PROBLEMS WITH LANGUAGE!!!
Nee helaas Smile The iPhone app heeft veel meer nederlandse produkten trouwens, maar kun je je account op de website nog niet koppelen met de app.

What's wrong with potato chips?
I liked TeDik's idea, then I found this recipe for making your own chips by just using the glass plate in the microwave:
http://blog.fatfreevegan.com/2008/08/healthy-crunchy-three-guilt-free-snacks.html

For nutritional info it says:
Per serving: 30 Calories (kcal); trace Total Fat; (1% calories from fat); 1g Protein; 7g Carbohydrate; 0mg Cholesterol; 2mg Sodium; 1g Fiber. Weight Watchers Core / 0 Points.

But this is not what the original poster was asking for I think, she just wanted an easy snack with her lunch away from home. It's fine to have what you want as long as you keep counting. Personally I would skip the chips, as it doesn't add anything for nutrotional value, and I need to have those calories later in the day at 4pm when I'm hungry. It's just not worth it for me as long as I am actively trying to lose weight. But I will gradually add those things back into my diet once I am back where I want to be.

Don't be a stranger!
I support and share but won't ever put my pic and real name on here. I have had a very bad experience in the past with a total nutcase who got obsessed with everything I did and that lasted for 2 years, he tracked me down on every website I was on and threatened me. I would advise people against putting everything out there in a community. Just be a sharing and caring member but protect yourself and your family. Unfortunately, there is no such thing as international internet police.

Warning! Rant coming on!
@LaraStar Oh absolutely, I meant 'you' in a general sense. It's a sad thing that people think those challenges are set up by experts. I don't think there are any experts behind the scenes, at least not anymore. They should implement a rating mechanism so we can give the community an idea of the quality of these challenges.
