Doing really well. Been sick with a severe cold this week, but diet and exercise going fine.
Had one migraine. So, that's two for 2023. Which, is way down from 2022.
My weight shows an increase this week, but it's probably just an anomaly. Down 3lbs in February, so all is good.

On a roll, been doing around 1800/d cico, no alcohol and sub 175g carb/d, to control my migraines and it seems to be working.
Only one migraine in 2023... Knock on wood.
Nice benefit of weight-loss.

Had a decent dry-January. Gained some weight back over the holidays, but January was down 4.5 lbs since the new year. Zero migraines - might have something to do with blood sugars.

No excuses - right as I make an excuse :) Had a rough six months of diet and exercise. Strained my rotator cuff really significantly. Just finished PT in December and I'm back on it.
