I'm 22 and got crappy family genes in the weight dept. I'm just trying to get back down and maintain until I get older instead of trying as adults like my parents are currently. Any sort of encouragement, new forms of workouts, or recipes are welcome :)

Needing something more and don't have the money for gym memberships or fancy equipment
At Target they have a jumprope that comes with a DVD and audio cd. I know jumprope sounds a little 3rd grade. .. but its pretty low impact (i dislocated my knee cap back in Feb, so low impact is my #1 goal) and its a change from the norm. I do it outside at night -- gives me a chance for fresh air and not dying from knee pain, etc.
