Hi there. Im a caregiver that has 3 kids and a hubby ( hes doing atkins too)... There arnt enough hours in my day to eek out even a little bit of exercise. I love my carbs but I decided enough is enough and that I have to lose this weight. Im 200 pounds right now and by April I would love to be at my goal weight which is 140. So I have a lot of work to do. I never relized that how I ate reflected on how my kids ate since Jan 1 Ive been watching what my kids choice of foods are and wow there actually picking healthier foods then the junk Im so impressed!!!
