I am a senior who has retired many times, but am still working part time. Being around younger workers and working with the public is always invigorating. It seems like I have been dieting all my life. As we get older, we have settled into years of cooking and eating habits that are hard to break. And this leads to weight gain.
One of my hobbies is researching recipe sites for great recipes to try. If we can change and adapt our favorite recipes to one that is better for not only us, but our family, then a healthy life style will develop and weight loss will be automatic.
That is my goal. To cook and live a healthier lifestyle.
