does butter in coffee count as breaking a fast? i’d like to hear people’s thoughts on this. i used 1/2 tbsp on butter which is 51 calories and no milk (for reference)

feeling better today. admittedly, most of this is water weight as i drank so much water yesterday but to see the number on the scale go down makes me feel happy

i’m so fucking disappointed. i’m in a bad place mentally, i’m incredibly stressed, and i guess my weight gain reflects that. gaining half a stone in just 3 months is awful. i have no words.
