Dear Journal,
I start out good in the morning but get so hungry I start eating at night.
My sugars are all over the chart and the increase in insulin doesn't seem to help. It is because of the eating sweets a night.
There is always another day to start over. I feel like the little engine that could.

Dear Journal,
Today I decided that I need to get out of this rut and get control of my eating. I am a diabetic on insulin 5 times a day and have a sweet tooth. No an addiction to sugar and carbs. I retain fluid and somedays my body is so full of fluid it hurts to move.
I have two back surgeries as a result of a car accident that plays a role in my range of motion and mobility. Then I have the Bipolar issue that I have to deal with and the ability to get out of control with my moods. At the moment I have been on the right combination of meds.
I don't want to feel sorry for myself or have people feel sorry for me. I do want to get out of the chair and get around and move about. Small steps so I can't get discouraged and give up. Maybe there is someone out there who struggles with being diabetic and can help me get out or suggest how to get over being hooked on the taste for sweets.
