I can't do much
Hi, My Name is Ben and I just recently had surgery on my spine. I am normally a extemely active guy. The problem is, at this point the doctor said I can't do anything. So I have been looking at a couple of different diets in order to help solve my problem of inactivity. I understand the entire atriffy issues that will be a result ofmy inactivity as I have had surgery before; however before I could always do something. With this I am very limited. I have been looking at Dr. Hyman's work with the ultrametabolism as well as Dr. Bob Marshall and the Health Line stuff. If anyone has any ifo that can help I would appreciate it.
