I'm 26 years old, and realizing that I can't keep up with the lifestyle I used to lead. I've gained about 30 pounds in the past 5 years, and don't want to keep up this trend! Trying to start eating better and being more consistant about working out, making a lifestyle change instead of just losing weight quickly. My goal is to be down 30 pounds by the summer of 2015, but would love to get there sooner! :)
