I almost had a Binge today ,I wanted food, nothing in particular ,I just wanted to eat food, fattening food ,big O juicy double cheeseburger or a carnitas with extra cheese guacamole burrito or nachos but I didn’t ,it was an extreme close call but I didn’t do it😳😫😵💫🥴

I failed yesterday but i WILL NOT FAIL TODAY!!!ate over 2000 calories but under 3000 my goal is 1300/1600 only 🥴Sure do wish i had a friend near by to be there when i feel weak 😳

I need some encouragement 🥴top weight was 377 now today I am 316 looks like alot of weight loss but it has taken me a few years to get here😳 im 66 and disabled due to my size 😫 HELP!!!!!!!
