I am a mother of 2 boys one is 1 the other 3, so I am always on the move. Recently, after some pictures were taken of me :o I decided it is time to seriously drop some weight. I cut my calories down to 1500 a day and went out and bought a diet supplement to help out. I haven't figured out how to get a exercise routine in to my day, but as i said I am always moving and doing stuff with my kids. I've been sticking to this for a couple weeks now and i feel better and thought i was losing some weight but in fact I have gained weight!! what should i do?
