Is there anything else sweet to eat besides Jello in Phase 1????
One I thing I really love to do is get some sugar free whipped cream like Cool Whip and freeze it for a yummy almost like ice cream but without the guilt treat!
Note: This is safe for all South Beach phases but fat flushers might have to wait after the detox first.

bottled lemon juice
I'm pretty sure he's wrong. Lemon juice is lemon juice, and as long as its 100% and contains no sugar/additives it's kosher to the fat flush way. Of course fresher IS always better, I agree with jo, but that doesn't mean bottled is worse.

Just Bought the Book
HI,
I think the book just looks much more complicated than it actually is. Ann Louise simplifies all her reasonings behind why you need to do certain things. She also talks a lot about how the Fat Flush came to exist and what brought it here. It's really interesting once you get the ball rolling, and you'll be halfway through before you know it! Good Luck!

not loosing any weight
I don't think anything is wrong with the way your eating or exercising; from the sounds of it your doing great. When you workout your body, your muscle mass grows. Remember: that muscle weighs a lot more than fat, you could be losing fat as well as toning up your body! I suggest measuring yourself on top of weighing. Don't give up!
