I have no idea what I weigh. I shall weigh myself as I'm not frightful. No scales in the house or I'd most likely stub my toe on the corner edge. Not a great weekend as I am back to having gastrointestinal probs and this has prompted me to cook one pot snacks while waiting for the kettle to boil to fill hot water bottles. I've taken to my bed and listening to some stand-up comedy podcasts to muddle through. Mix 0.5tbls wholegrain mustard with 2tbls peanut butter and add to heated milk, roughly third of a pint Simmer to reduce to thickened consistency and then add spinach leaves and stir until wilted down. Remove from heat and eat! (experimental stuff but it was a winner winner of a side dish!)

99% better metabolism because I am ALLIUM intolerant as well as Nightshade Veg intolerant. Eating for the most part sweet potato and edamame or lentils and brown rice. Worried I've got Lipedema.

Hi Fat Secreters
Just gone Vegan today and hopefully it will last .. who hasn’t tried but fallen off the wagon?!
I need help because I graze out a lot, way more than I stay in and cook. Tips welcome from all you established Vegans. I’m imagining i’m gonna be ordering a lot of sides but thas ok cos my appetite likes variety

I don’t have the willpower to stop buying chocolate. I don’t crave meat enough to buy and consume it. I have to eat it to want it on repeat. I’m using pot noodles and cappuccinos to substitute meals.
