bad day 😪 ate to many bad foods but tomorrow il get up and start fresh

OK so a happy entry today ☺ just got notified my tanning bed will be here by next week am ao EXCITED, I know some if not most people won't think this has anything to do with a healthy lifestyle or a weight loss/gain thing but in actuality it does for me as tanning helps me relax in turn lessons my depression so don't tend to stress eat also another way to keep those seasonal blues away so my Dr says if it works go for it. no change in the scale today but good news just the same

OK so I have a question here i want to make a Recipe, it's a tuna salad recipe but I don't want to use tuna I want to use leftover chicken breast that I have cooked I have cooked, if I shred it up and prepare it to the other recipe I found on here how do I sub in the chicken for the tuna when logging it or do I have to just log it as a whole new recipe. please excuse my punctuation as I'm using talk to text.
