So instead of paying attention to what I eat, I've een eating everything and anything in sight. Not good at all. I'm not big fan of limiting what I eat, but if I don't start soon all my working out will be in vain. So I lowered my calories by 400 to try to kickstart my weight loss again. When I first started WW I was losing 2lbs per week. It wasn't a lot, but it was progress. I also had a lot more energy and did more challenging work outs. I need to schedule those back into my life on top of walkng with my aunt/

With my mom on vacation not much has changed in my food diary. Just a couple days of slip ups, but overall good. Since I began working out again it has made a big difference, I'm hoping that it shows in my weigh in tomorrow. If it doesn't I'll just have to rev it up a little bit more and lower my calories.

So my mom went on vacation with my aunt, leaving just my dad and I at home. Sadly, my dad doesn't make the healthiest meal decisions when my mom's not home. Hopefully I won't go over my calories all that much. Since I have been allowed alot of them anyway I shouldn't go over that much.

Now that I'm on summer vacation I'm taking advantage of the time I have before school starts. I know school is going to completely throw off my weight loss plans and since it's my senior year I'm going to be more stressed out than ever.
