Tempeh burger from my favorite WFPB Raw/ Vegan place. I know that's a lot of words that don't add up to "delicious" for a lot of people but let me assure you, it absolutely is.

Still here. Still holding steady at 127. Still slammed with work. To the handful of people that are waiting for sample packages, those go out this week.
I have been working on not being as impatient with the lack of loss. I lost a lot last year and it's completely normal for my body to need some catch-up time.
I also haven't been as dedicated as I need to be with fitness. So working that back in is on this year's agenda.
My MiL who has been nothing but unkind about the Husband and I being vegan just completed her first week eating "clean" and she loves it.
She'll probably eventually stop saying that everything would be better with a "little chicken".
Onwards and downwards.

We did a drive up part of the PCH for New Years. I did my run here, in Santa Barbara.
Lots of stretching and yoga today to alleviate some of the soreness.

Winter ramen (pre-broth) with noodles, kale, Japanese Spinach, Oyster mushroons, cinnamon cap mushrooms, and, carrots. I added a dashi broth after I took this picture.

Last year, I lost 91-ish lbs and about 48 inches all around. I tend to bounce around 5lbs all of the time depending on water, time of month, etc.
This year's goals are to run a marathon, get back on a surfboard, and lose the last 10lbs that I want to drop.
