life interfered with diet and exercise. too many trips. started to drive for uber. family obligations. winter cold. getting plenty of exercise in yard, walking more than before. weeding out diet busters.

slow but steady. smelled the bacon one morning when it dipped to 202. did you know that scales can weigh different amounts on different spots of the bathroom floor? pick your sweet spot, I say. Still not picking up on the activity scale - could be that UBER has now cut into my available time. Although UBER does help in the "not snacking" department.

Activity way down (no pun) but may average under 2,000 a day for this week, first time ever! A year plus ago, I think I was averaging 2,400 calorie a day.

Staying more active, have started your Uber driving, doing more yard work, also not buying as many sweets going grocery shopping there by cutting down on after dinner snacks. Out of sight, out of mind!
