Needing Help With This Fabulous Website
I have that book too, but I found the smaller version "Eat right every time on abs diet" more useful. Because it's more to the point, less fluff. I just finished 2 weeks and I feel great. I lost a little more than 2 lbs since I started. I like eating fresh foods and the recipes in that little book ($7.99 only!) are very tasty!
