Second meeting with the trainer. Went well. I think I will stop at the gym again tonight. I usually don't go the next day after a hard workout , but I feel up to it today. Wondering if I should do two a days. Go early in the morning before work and then again on the way home? I have avoided weighing in because I do not want to be disappointed. I don't feel like I have lost any weight, but I am feeling better, healthier and stronger. I know I have to weigh in next week, short term goal is due 1/22/15.

First meeting with my personal trainer last night. Can feel it today! Really nice guy, I think I will enjoy working with him.
