baby #3 is 7 months today. time to lose that baby weight!
At Thanksgiving, I got down to 172, but I put all the weight back on. Biggest challenge is fitting in work-outs. My husband suggested that I walk on the treadmill or ride our stationary bike while i pump... which is smart and also infuriating. I guess I'll figure it out.

i've noticed I've been eating smaller portions. maybe that has contributed to my weigh in at 163.8 this morning. Love seeing that number! hope its not a random fluke. guess I'll find out tomorrow.
I signed up for a bettyrocker 30 day fitness group (blogger). everyday for 30 days participants are sent a 15 minute video. program includes HIIT, pilates, yoga.so, that starts today.

Last night had friends over - usually terrible for weight loss.
We made grilled flatbread pizzas and Mexican corn. I had two slices of pizza (smaller than a traditional size), 1 ear of corn, 1 large piece of cantelope, and 6 oz beer.
Go me. was 164.4 this morning. Moving in the right direction! I don't like to "officially" weigh in too much, so I'll wait until Sunday or Monday.
Does anyone have any experiencing fasting? I read that it could be detrimental to women by slowing down their metabolisms. Any woman out there have any feedback for me?

Did a 18-19 hour fast. Went pretty well. Don't know if it will help my weight loss at all but i think i will try it again next week.
