Nightshade Veggies and joint pain!

But, I had read many articles about "nightshades" causing joint pain, but as I suspected, there is only partial truth in this fact! Thank God, as I LOVE all the items in the nightshade family... here is a very good article I found on why we can still enjoy these veggies in moderation Before I post the link, I want to mention, that I have been cooking with lots more TURMERIC, as it is a natural anti inflammatory, as well as a host of other plants, like garlic, ginger, ext.... here is the article link..http://www.quickanddirtytips.com/health-fitness/prevention/what-are-nightshades-and-do-they-cause-inflammation

The Bariatric diet
I just had surgery on Nov 27th, best thing I ever did! I am losing weight quickly, I do suggest anyone considering this surgery, I had the gastric sleeve, that you think it over carefully, it took me 20 years of thinking about mine, I do NOT suggest that you take that long! Wish I had done this 15 years ago at least!
