I just went came back from visiting family and friends out of state. Looking at the photos, I can see how much weight I have gained. It totally snuck up on me! I have been looking at myself but where it has been gradual, I havent "seen" it like in photos! wow!
Going to shoot for 16 pounds and see how that goes. I am going to start recording my sugar and carb intake according to the belly fat cure. so 15 sugars and 6 servings of carbs per day. Thats it. I am looking to lose 11 lbs and several inches all over my body. Here is the first round of measurements

neck 12.1"
upper thigh 22.25"
belly at belly button 33.75"

top thigh under booty 41"
