Happy New Year FS Buddies!!!
Well, time to get back at it! I went for a run today, first time in almost 3 weeks! I didn't do too bad time wise considering. I've been doing 20 - 25 minute workouts, doing Jillian Michaels workouts and HIIT workouts that I found on pinterest. Hubby wants to do workouts too to improve his stamina, as he is finding himself out of breath these days. We also need to get our 6 year old son moving too. He has no interest in sports. So any suggestions on how to motive him would help. it can be hard when the weather is cold and it's dark by 5 pm too.

Well, it's a drop! A nice one. All week, I've been trying to break back down into the 170s but no luck!
Had our Christmas gathering at work yesterday! I had a few treats. I also received my 20 year service award!
Weather is a bit chilly here. Tonight it's suppose to snow and then as the temperature rises by morning, turning to rain and even freezing rain. We will be at my parents' farm, adding some bedding to the barn to keep the cattle warm.
Plans for the weekend include some Christmas baking and maybe some wrapping.

Just weighing in. I haven't been logging food or exercise for awhile. Still doing a workout on most lunch breaks. The one co-worker that we worked out with and liked to do HIIT was let go at the beginning of Nov. So we've been running most days. I try to get myself to do some pushups or something at night when watching TV. I'm trying to curb the appetite but finding it hard.
All I can do is keep trying!

The weather has been so nice this past week! Managed 3 workouts this week and will get another one in today. My eating is not the best as there is some cake around and my son's loot from Halloween too! Last night I ate my supper and wanted to get some munchies but I told myself that no, I was satisfied and didn't need anything else. So I stayed away from the munchies! I need to continue to tell myself that I don't need the extras, such as one bite of this or that...it adds up. Chin up, and move on!!!

I'm going to continue putting my weight in here weekly. Right now I'm still working out on my half hour lunch breaks as much as possible and I'm noticing that I'm gaining muscle in my arms, legs, etc. But I'm also noticing that my muffin tops are getting fleshier if that is possible. I need to get control of my eating. I think my portions are out of control but until I can rein myself in, I will be at this weight or more. I have to make the change and right now it's not happening. It's now big sweater season, so I guess I don't notice that I've changed. I keep saying that I can lose this weight but I need to think baby steps again and just try to lose in small amounts again.
