Bad news, wedding weight is a real thing. I gained 3.8lbs connected with the five day celebration of my daughter's wedding. My wife and I traveled non-stop (except for gas, restroom breaks, and food, mostly drive-thru) 980 miles one way, spent three days and drove back. I ate poorly the whole time.

EXCELLENT WO: I met all my routine goals, and matched four personal best. They were, hanging leg raises, bench press, dumbbell lunges, and pushups. I can feel the growth :)

61 years old, don't feel like I have cancer, don't feel like I should be cut into next month either, but it is scheduled.

Good morning fellow fitness minded folks,
I'm doing relatively well with my weight lifting, but due to the impending surgery early next month I find myself giving into temptation more easily, therefore it's difficult to hit my weight goals. When I need to stay fit the most I find it harder to do. As the Apostle Paul said, "O wretched man that I am." On a positive note I did eek out a new personal best on the bench this morning. I'm 61 and don't feel like I have cancer. I wanted to add photos, but FS wouldn't allow/work for uploads.
