I am gratified with my continued decline ~lol~
It has been easier this year on new habits - setting increments obtained month to month.
Soon, I will not have the spare tire on board to fix a flat, but, four new tires sure ride nice!

I burn around 4 miles in an hour on my cycle, say 600 calories; roughly, I get in eight (8) hours a week which is incredibly all kinds of temperatures and weather.
This has me at a 4,800 calorie burn weekly; Is this right? Let me round out 5,000, so, probably the key factor with thirty (30) pounds slimmer since last June, maybe?
It was September 2023 that I bought my Cyprus eight speed Champion and started cycling; do it right and purchase proper safety gear noting the spills do occur — get tough and “Just Ride”!

My current weigh in concludes “one year” since June 2023 when I started with “FatSecrets” and oddly just about precisely thirty (30) pounds no longer my companion ~lol~
One year is a marker and it increases confidence to realize some amazing benefits; appreciate yaw’ll
I might be curious to receive comments from some of you veterans and beginners doing your own boot camp on fat facts and fat secrets?

Losing one pound a week while monitoring hydration in 90 plus degrees daily is South Georgia — only one (1) pound to lose with my June performance goal
One (1) meal daily and fasting Mondays if not on any high energy task; I log about fifty (50) miles cycling weekly, usually on Chester Island in the Okefenokee; that is to burn 10 calories a minute while enjoying the prevailing winds that come across the swamp prairies — I’m addicted and I love it!
I do have trouble hitting a gym work out which I need for a general overhaul; getting there and close to my ideal BMI…
