So I started the biggest loser challenge a month ago and I’ve lost 7.1 kgs..the scale used for it seems to be incorrect but I don’t mind cause I’m number 3 kwi log of 32..on Tuesday June started this eating plan weighing 130.2, last night I weighed at the gym and it was 125.5...just weighed for the biggest loser and the weight is the same..so I lost 4.7kgs in 3 days..it’s a loooong way to the 2 digits but I’m ready! I trust the scale at the gym so from now on I’m only reporting on FS that weigh in..

The end ❤️❤️❤️ Day 3 is done!! Supposed to have two veggies but I split up the portions..tuna is yuuuk but ke...this with an apple and I end this plan, such a success..back at it next week
