Bought a new dress. I got it one size smaller then I would have bought myself, a month ago. It looks pretty good, but, I know it will look great when I lose just 5 more pounds. I am going to a show with my husband on July 2nd and I plan on wearing this dress. I have given up ALL alcohol for the month of June and I am staying totally focused. I know that I need to step up my exercise because July 2nd is my PMS week.
To add to the pressure, an ex boyfriend, from 25 years ago, (LOL) will be attending this show as well. My ego and vanity are screaming to be heard.
I am OUNCES away from 25 lbs GONE.

Ok, the scale is moving in the right direction!
Yesterday I did fantastic on drinking my water. I believe that water is a major key and it is a key I frequently misplace.
I have added some short term goals to my bio page. I hope it does not discourage me if I don't hit them on time.

It took me 14 days to undo my Memorial Day and PMS damage. In the middle of that 2 week period my scale was up 8 pounds! Talk about mental anguish. I am pleased with myself that I was able to not beat myself up, but rather stay focused. Seeing how hard it can be to recover, hopefully will make me have more resolve the next time some kind of "holiday" comes around.
I am eating clean. I NEED my attention focused on Water as that has been where I have been struggeling lately.
