I think the formula on Diet Blog has a small error, or at least a conflict. It's shown ADDING the fiber, but it should be subtracted and divided by 12.49. One place it shows adding, another subtracting -- one place dividing by 35 (UK), another by 12.49.
I put all the calculations in an Excel spreadsheet, but I haven't a clue how to share it.... but I'm willing if someone walks me through it.
