90++ menuju 80-- pas 120++ ga kepikiran bikin before after tapi gpp lah, semangat temen-temen yg masih ditimbangan 3 digit, jgn males workout biar sehat, inget makan diatas BMR dibawah TDEE, mau makan banyak? perbanyak gerak terutama resistance training
