Hey derbydance and welcome!!! You will love it here with all the amazing supportive people! I just joined a couple of days ago but I love it Smile)) If it will motivate you, I did a low carb diet and lost 25 pounds in 2 months!!!!!! i am switching it up now though because I am 16 and need something more flexible. Help! Need Motivation!
Just tell yourself 40 minutes of good hard work and it will be over once you are done! Remember how sexy you will look and the amazing results you will get!Maybe find something to motivate you, a working buddy or listen to music. Also, try to do something fun that will trick your body thinking it is not working out (I.E. Play tennis, basketball with friends, swim, go on a hike or walk with your family or go to the park. One of my favorite workouts is jumping rope! 10 minutes of jumping rope is equal to 30 minutes of running. I burn up to 200 calories in 15 minutes Smile Good look beauty Smile
