I havent logged anything in about 2 weeks. I've been sticking to my "diet" fairly well, I do sneak in a few extra snacks here and there, but I have been going to the gym very regularly, and working really hard.

Ok, down another one. I've coasted for the last few weeks, getting back into the routine. Slowly but surely, I'll be losing more and more!

2 Days after starting working out, the soreness is catching up to me! It won't stop me, but I know I'm actually doing something! Bring on the pain!

Down 2. Not a bad start, could have been better, but the holiday season got in the way! The real losing begins now!

Rocked my first workout in about 12 weeks. Back and Biceps were tonights agenda, feeling a bit sore, but Im sure the worst is yet to come!
