Sensitivities to light and sound make me a shut in.

Thought it was time to overhaul this bio rather than the endless string of updates.

Currently doing a 6/7 LCHF diet.
100g protein, 25g carb and 2225 RDI is the goal. On Tuesdays I relax things and have a carby breakfast.
I continue ignoring exercise.

Now shooting for 255#.

Sodium/Salt intake HOW MUCH
Three of the medications I'm on have side effects of lowering blood pressure. As I am diabetic and low blood pressure fairly well mimics the effects of low blood sugar this can be a problem. I combat that with a fairly severe dosage of salt. I don't track the dosage I just salt everything. My blood usually tests about 95/60, low but safe.

But I'm an unusual case. So I guess I'm just saying that if all salt did was raise your blood pressure I never did see how that was a problem for people with low and normal pressure.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I get weighed when I go to the doctors, which is often.
But back in my formal dieting days it was the opinion that once a week was best as daily fluctuations that are due mostly to fluids can be demoralizing.
