Only about 675 calories and that 7oz of chicken breast, 1 cup of cumin and tumeric jasmine rice with some steamed, seasoned broccoli 🥦 😋🙌🏾🙌🏾❤️❤️

I do shorter Fasts on Fri-Sun only 16 hrs to give myself a break and actually enjoy some breakfast, lunch and dinner, this healthy breakfast is only about 450 calories😋❤️🎉 Happy Friday FSF🎊🙌🏾🙌🏾🙏🏾

After a 20 hr fast my OMAD❤️😍🤩One pot garlic and turmeric chicken and rice with steamed broccoli on the side. I had 1.5 cup of rice and 5 ounces of chicken breast on this plate about 600 calories plus o had a protein shake…👏🏾😋🏋🏾♀️
