Finally moving in the right direction after gaining back the 10 pounds I lost. Hopefully I can get past this 258 this is where I keep getting stuck, like my body doesn't want me to any smaller. As much as I believe we have a set weight we should be I won't let 258 be my number!! I don't need to be a skinny mini but I need and will be at a healthy weight and for me that is at least down to 130! So body you listen up we need to get down to at least 130 after that if that is my true weight I will be happy. I need to healthy so I can play with my son and be around for him. Yeah so body we are doing this and trust me we will be much happier even tho being this size is comfortable ground because we have been this way for so long it's time for change. we can be healthier and even more comfortable and I know we can do it!!
Sorry about that just went off talking to my body anyways I think it needed to be said. Yes must stay on track. This time next year I want to be focusing on something else not my weight again.

Pretty good day however I did have one and a half cookies and 1/2 or 3/4 of a cake pop oh and half a cup of milk to wash it down. all very Awesome!! today is a new day!
