I have quoted it before, but just need to remind myself. "Yesterday is ashes. Tomorrow is green wood. Only today does the fire burn brightly." Focus on today to make good food choices. I am going to use this quote for a while for motivation.

Just one of those days, not well planned. Already consumed too many carbs. A lesson well learned .. this is what happens when my meals are not planned and prepped ahead of time.

The one-hundreds, the first time in four years!!!! I will be super diligent this week to make sure I don't gain. I want to stay here and continue to watch the numbers go down. It has been years upon years since I was in the 180's, so that is my next goal. I hope to be there by August.
