Day One Well; day 1 and 343 lbs....Such a long, long way to go. Not sure how I'm going to incorporate some training into my day; as the slightest bit of movement I'm so out of breath I can barely breathe, and my knees and back feel like they're dying with the smallest amount of movement. Apart from that I think I will struggle with actually STARTING the diet, as I'm just so "used" to eating so much crap. And I hate to admit it, but I have absolutely NO willpower!! Oh well....let's see how it goes.
P.S. Happy "Back To The Future" Day :)
