Got a flu bug at the moment, so eating and food has been hit or miss.
My energy level is about 55% at the moment.
One more day and I "should" be okay to work out properly and eat better.
Really can't taste anything at the moment.
My mom bought me a donut not that I could even really taste it, but I was hungry..ughh..
Why does this have to happen now; when I am on a 'plan' ughh..boring..can't wait to be done being sick so that I can move on to my goals. Also, period is supposed to start soon, so food has been a major player lately.

June 7-July 7th Diet:
B: 2 eggs, 2 egg whites; 1 slice of flaxseed bread, 2 tsp fats
(4 hours)
L: 5-6 oz protein, unlimited green veg, 4oz sweet potato, 2 tsp fat
(3 hours)
S: 1 oz cheese or 8oz greek yogurt
(3 hours)
D: 5-6oz protein, unlimited green veg, 2 tsp fat
S: 1 oz cheese or 8oz greek yogurt
This is all projected so we will see how it turns out in practice.
