I am a 50 year old women still struggling with my weight for almost 2 decades now. I've been overweight since my early 30's and have lost significant amounts of weight and then just seem to yoyo back up again. 270 is the highest I've ever been and I am looking to eventually get back to my late 20's weight of about 185. I'm 6 foot so it may seem high for an ideal weight, but is actually a very healthy weight for me.
My goal now was to quit smoking and I've done that for the last 3 months anyway, well it came at a cost of about a 17lbs weight gain that saw me hit a life time high of 270 lbs. Oh well was worth it to not be smoking anymore. I'm on my way back down so that's good:)
My second goal is to become a healthy eater and to be get back to running, riding my bike and swimming on a regular basis and do another sprint triathlon in 2018. it's been 4 years since my last one and I really need to get back to feeling that good again, being strong, flexible and fit:)
