Oh happy Wednesday. Tonight is salsa night at the Martini Club, and this lady needs a night of dancing! :)
I am so pleased with my progress, and I am amazing myself sometimes with my strength. I am planning meals, not eating after 8:00 (soooo hard for me to do, you wouldn't believe it) and gulping down the water instead of sugary drinks.
However, I did cave in yesterday and ate a few of my boyfriend's french fries. My cold salad wasn't hitting the spot, but 3 fries and the guilt kicked in and that salad was suddenly VERY appetizing.
I am well on my way and I am so happy to have found this site and all of these supportive people. You all amaze me! :)

So far so good this weekend. I ate what seemed like soooo much. But healthy and often, which is good, considering my temptation to just forgo a couple meals. It kept me from ever really " digging" into anything unhealthy.
Today I have rehearsal for my next professional competition, and I am a little nervous that I will buy some unhealthy food during our break (Quiznos is right next door). So, I packed a lunch. Go me with my well-planned self!! :)
Weight loss right now is negligable but going down!!! How is everyone else doing after their weekend?

So...today is the day...I think I am going to need a lot of support, because I usually get so frustrated with myself. And, I am soooo busy that I run from my job at the office to my job as the studio, skipping meals and then binging when my dance lessons are over at 10:00 pm....
Time to get back into those cute suiting outfits I bought two fall seasons ago...I am going to do it!
