Wow. 2195 calories and my food journal looks so puny. Compared to my 1500 calorie days that I plan, it is obviously a rip-off.
On the bright side, at one time that would've been a routine day for me. So I am not going to let it bum me out tonight... Although, that could just be the Merlot taking ;-P

So. I have issues with hoarding calories all day only to have a million left at night. I end up spending them on crap just use them. I think I found a solution to my problem.
The last few days, I filled in the journal in the morning with every meal I planned to eat. Seeing the calories I had left over for snacks seemed to ease the anxiety of "OMG! I'm gonna starve if I don't save some for later!"
Tonight I have 189 calories left as opposed to 500. To me that is a much better nighttime snack size. I also got to have my mocha coffee earlier.
Less anxiety. Less growling tummy. I think this is something I can make a permanent habit.
I now see how important the planning aspect can be... I wish I didn't blow it off as unnecessary for so long.

Drank too much last night. I ate all kinds of dumb junk. Some of which I don't really remember. I have a headache and I am in a crumby mood. But, I am going to weigh in today although I know no good will come of it. I know it will be a few days before that alcohol water retention crap goes away. I can't even put my stupid rings on right now. XP
Did I mention I am in a bad mood?
