Ok. After a year of climbing up, I’m trying Keto again. Exercising at least 30 minutes on treadmill working back to an hour each day. Off to a good start with 9:00 am breakfast. Boiled egg, cheese cuts, bacon, baby Bella mushrooms and onions. Here we go!!!!
