Sorta Crazy...had a week of following "eating plan" poorly and still lose a pound...in part, because I closed a "bad" week with a couple of 'On plan" days...
Gonna be much more serious this week...Here is quote for you to apply to your situation...It speaks volumes to me. Y'all have a blessed Tuesday and a blessed week...

Going to go for a 100% week today and this coming week...lots of frustrations in my life currently...but I just need to remind myself(constantly)...a person cannot "eat away" their frustrations....AND...overeating just compounds frustration in the long run...Fight on, Fellow FS Warriors and Buddies....Make it a week of eating "clean"

Good Monday, FS Warriors,
Regardless of the team U wanted to win the SuperBowl, the game contains a powerful message to those who are involved in pursuing a healthy lifestyle...if you have had a "bad" day, "bad" week, "bad" month, or even a "bad" year (like I have), trends can be broken...AND REVERSED. For 3/4 of the game on Sunday, the Falcons played terrific and the Patriots played "below average"...then, the Falcons began to "make mistakes" ...both mentally and physically... and the Patriots ended up winning...So, if you are stuck in lifestyle place where you need a RE-SET...a RESTART...let today be the day...when it comes to our health (and life), HOW WE FINISH is more significant than how we start out...(Good starts are GOOD....sustaining good starts and FINISHING STRONG is even BETTER!!!) Let's plan our week and then STAY ON PLAN!!! Have a GREAT week everyone!!!!!

416 days ago I weighed 322 and was eating healthy...as a result of returning to OLD and UNHEALTY habits, I am posting a gain of 56.5...Today I recommit to the healthy habits I mentioned in my last post (Jan.18)...Seems sorta approprieate to OWN my past and RECLAIM my future on GroundHog Day...If you have never seen the movie, you would probably enjoy it..(a fictional account of a man who learns to become the man he should be)..as my FS buddy Jontyboy says "Onward and Downward"
PS: I will be making Mondays, my regular "wiegh-in" day from here...thanks in advance for your support...FS is a AMAZING source of affirmation and inspiration!!!
